Jatior Beauty ships orders through USPS. All orders are processed within 3 business days. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Business day.

Shipping can take 2-5 days depending on shipment location.

 

IMPORTANT INFO

Allow 3 business days for shipping confirmation that will be sent via emails.

Please allow up to an additional 5 days for handmade items as they are made fresh to order.

Once packages are received by USPS we are no longer responsible for the packages.

All handmade orders needing overnight or express please use the contact form BEFORE placing order.

 

 

Return Policy

All sales are final

When it comes to lashes, lash accessories, cosmetics, handmade items we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sanitary reasons.

 

All ordered can’t be cancelled once placed, we do not refund money under any circumstances.
